Star Seeds was created for Transversal(2025) a group residency and exhibition with Moving Image Lab Perth (MILP) at FORM Gallery, Claremont, Western Australia.

In a time of resource extraction, the project highlights our shared ‘ownership’ of culture, nature and Space with seed banks and Public Domain data preserved for humanity. While AI is touted as a shared resource the process of making was limited by the academic and economic restrictions to video AI tools.  The animations created through frame-by-frame image generation produce a dynamic and aesthetic contrast to the smooth morphing of the AI video elements.
